What Are Knowledge Bases?
Knowledge Bases allow you to provide additional context and reference materials for AI execution. When a column references a Knowledge Base, the AI will consider that information when generating results, leading to more relevant and accurate outputs.
This feature is currently in beta, and we are gathering feedback to improve it.
How Knowledge Bases Work
You can create multiple Knowledge Bases, each containing a combination of text and file uploads (PDFs).
When configuring a column, you can select which Knowledge Bases it should reference.
During execution, the AI will automatically check the selected Knowledge Bases for relevant information.
Creating a Knowledge Base
Navigate to the Knowledge Bases Page:
Click on "Knowledge Bases" in the sidebar to access your list.
Create a New Knowledge Base:
Give it a descriptive name that reflects the topic.
Enter free-form text (up to 10,000 characters) with any relevant details.
(Optional) Upload supporting files (up to 10 files per Knowledge Base).
Save Your Knowledge Base and it will be available for reference.
Best Practice: Create separate Knowledge Bases for different topics. For example:
Hiring Practices (e.g., hiring criteria, interview processes)
Sales Strategy (e.g., ICP definitions, marketing guidelines)
Using Knowledge Bases in a Column
Edit a Column Configuration:
Open your table, go to the column settings, and find the new "Knowledge Bases" dropdown.
Select Relevant Knowledge Bases:
You can assign one or more Knowledge Bases per column.
Run the Column:
When the AI processes a cell, it will dynamically reference the selected Knowledge Bases for added context.
How AI Uses Knowledge Bases
At execution time, the AI will:
Extract relevant details from the Knowledge Bases attached to a column.
Use this information only if applicable to enhance the response.
Maintain accuracy by filtering out irrelevant data.
Limitations & Considerations

๐น Not an Override: The AI does not blindly follow Knowledge Base informationโit uses it as a reference.
๐น Scope Matters: For best results, ensure each Knowledge Base focuses on a single topic.
๐น File Limitations: Max 10 files per Knowledge Base. Large files may take longer to process.
