General Search

Browse the web for entities

The General Search tool allows you to search for a broad set of entities using keywords or phrases. This is ideal when you're not looking for a specific type of entity, such as a company or individual, but want to explore a wide array of relevant data points.

How to Use General Search:

  1. Enter a Keyword or Phrase: For example, if you’re looking for clinical trials in Canada, you would search "Canadian clinical trials."

  2. Review Results: You’ll receive up to 30 results initially. You can load more if needed.

  3. Add to Your Table: Select the relevant entities and add them to your table for further enrichment.

Tips:

  • Be as specific as you want your output to be. For example ‘Mystery Books on amazon”

  • You will receive the entity in the type of your main entity column. If you’re main entity column is a url then your general search will return urls. Ensure your search is relevant to your table's main entity to get the best results.

  • Use this as a fallback when other targeted search methods aren’t applicable.
